My mom lived near Seattle for nearly 8 years, so I had the opportunity to visit a few times and really enjoy the vibe here. I did a few touristy things, like Pike’s Market, the Locks and fish hatcheries, the seaside, the Cascade mountains for snowboarding and waterfalls, and a casino. I also got to just hang out in some small towns near the mountains.
